Acqscale Inc. operates IncredibleFi. To submit your request through IncredibleFi, we need your consent to use electronic signatures and to provide records and disclosures to you electronically. Please read this disclosure and keep a copy for your records.

What this consent covers

This consent applies to your request on IncredibleFi and to the records we provide in connection with it, including our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, your consent to be contacted, your authorization for lenders to obtain consumer reports, and any notices we send you about your request. Lenders that receive your request will ask for their own consent before providing you their applications, agreements or disclosures electronically.

Your right to paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any record we provide electronically, at no charge, by contacting us through the contact options on www.incrediblefi.com. We will mail it within 15 days.

Your right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time, at no charge, by contacting us through the contact options on www.incrediblefi.com. Withdrawal will take effect within 10 business days and applies to future electronic records from us. It does not affect records we provided before you withdrew. Because your request is submitted electronically, if you do not consent we cannot process a new request. Withdrawing consent with us does not withdraw any consent you have given to a lender; please contact that lender directly.

Updating your contact information

To update the email address or other contact information we use, contact us through the contact options on www.incrediblefi.com.

• Software that can open PDF files
• A valid email address
• The ability to print, or enough storage space on your device to save, the records we provide

If these requirements change in a way that could prevent you from accessing or keeping your records, we will notify you and you may withdraw your consent without charge.
